Ingredients
- 8 ounce part-skim ricotta cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup low-sugar marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten egg
and Italian egg together and place mixture in a
small baking dish - Pour marinara sauce on top of mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
- Bake in the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes
