Dr. Justin Stufflebeam

Dr. Justin Stufflebeam is a dedicated General Surgeon currently serving as a surgical attending at a level II trauma community hospital specializing in high-volume robotic surgeries using the Da Vinci Xi system. He completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University of Bakersfield, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was honored as a member of the Communications Honor Society, Lambda Pi Eta, and Alpha Chi National Honor Society. Dr. Stufflebeam’s career highlights include being nominated for Resident of the Year and earning Highly Recommended with Distinction at TUCOM. He is known for his perseverance, organizational skills, and excellent communication with patients and colleagues, advocating for high-quality, patient-centered care. His professional journey includes roles as a General Surgery Resident (Categorical) at Garnet Health Medical Center, Middletown NY, where he played a key role in achieving ACGME accreditation for the surgery program, and as a General Surgery Resident (Preliminary) at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx NY. Outside of medicine, Dr. Stufflebeam enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, weightlifting, playing guitar and piano, playing video games, and exploring the cosmos through his telescope, influenced by astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson.
