Ricotta Bake

Ingredients
  • 8 ounce part-skim ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup low-sugar marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  • Combine ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten egg
    and Italian egg together and place mixture in a
    small baking dish
  • Pour marinara sauce on top of mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  • Bake in the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes
